Summary:
Provides technical assistance, training and support to employees and students of the University.
Troubleshoots hardware, software and network related issues. Support staff with video conferencing
tools. Support staff on the use of Colleague ERP. Assists with the administration of the network and
telephone system, assuring its availability and performance by performing the following duties:

Qualifications: An associate degree in Computer Science or completion of a 2-year course in Computer Maintenance and Repair. Two years of experience working with PC and networks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. A+ Certification is desirable. Flexibility on work schedule is necessary. Knowledge of Colleague or any other ERP is a plus. Requirements
